Trying to sleep with the skylight shade open
in hope that the sun might help wake me up. When I was a kid I could never sleep with it open. I think I was paranoid about seeing flying saucers or something. This fear is kind of resurfacing. Also, apparently my parents threw out every fan in my house, and I have a very hard time sleeping without one. So I may just have to pull an all nighter into new years eve, and party just to stay awake....
